Enrollment Guide & Transparent terms
- Transparent Total Pricing: The price displayed at the time of your application is the final, all-inclusive cost for the selected course.
- Application Processing: A separate, non-refundable administrative fee of £50 is required for the immediate review of your application. This will be paid upon submitting your application.
- Secure Your Seat: Once offered a place, a 20% deposit must be paid within 7 business days to confirm your enrollment. This is calculated on the final advertised or discounted price. The balance is due within 21 calendar days of the deposit payment, unless the Late Enrolment terms apply (See our Terms of Service).
- 14-Day Peace of Mind: In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund.
- Note: If you explicitly request to start the course during this 14-day window, and subsequently cancel, we will deduct a pro-rata amount for any sessions or digital materials already delivered.
- Optional Refund Cases: Beyond the 14-day statutory window, refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional circumstances (detailed in our Full Terms), we may consider a partial refund. In such cases, an administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from the reimbursed amount to cover processing and direct costs.
- Commitment & Refunds: Deposits and remaining balances are non-refundable outside the statutory 14-day window. Any discretionary refunds approved after this period will be subject to a £50 administration fee.
